Finished Project

Remember the cross-stitch project I mentioned a couple of times? I finished it last weekend. It's the first project I've worked on in I don't know how long. I think it's really cute, though, and helped me remember why I love this little hobby of mine. I need to have the hubby frame it for me...I think it will be perfect for what will be my craft corner in the new house.

The Princess has started to become interested in my cross-stitch. She really likes sitting next to me and watching me. One weekend when my mom was here with them, she had a project she was working on with her. I guess A was fascinated by hers too, because A told me that Nagga said she'd have to find something simple for her to try to stitch. I think I agree with her. A and I will have to go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby or somewhere and see if we can find a good age-appropriate, beginner's pattern.

I started on my new project as soon as I finished this one. I haven't been able to work on it as much as I would like though, with school and everything else. It's called "Antique Teddies" and is adorable.
